Printable Tickets

Hi,

I’ve tried your demo site and looked through your forum, and everything says there is a printable ticket option, but when I tried your demo, I only received a receipt, not a ticket.

Is there somewhere I can see the PDF ticket that buyers would receive and how/where it’s customisable? I am looking at Tickets for WooCommerce. Is this simply the wrong product?

Thanks for your interest in our plugins!

Before I get to your questions about tickets, I’m curious: what is the demo site you tried out, specifically? What is the URL to this demo site?

Now, as for your questions:

There are not PDF tickets generated by our ticketing plugins. What you receive is an email – not the same email as the “receipt” email – that has the ticket or tickets you purchased as simple HTML documents. Then you can simply print this email of the tickets – specific print styles are included with the plugin so that the tickets fill up standard 8.5×11 printer paper nicely.
