Print list of attendees with details shown

Hi, I am using event tickets plus. I have added several additional fields to the registration. I would like to print a list of all attendees. I figured out how to do this. However, when I print the list, the additional fields I created are not printed unless I click the dropdown menu that says ‘view details’ next to each attendee. The problem is that some events have hundreds of attendees and it becomes very time consuming to have to click the dropdown next to each attendee in order to print the additional fields.

Is there a way to avoid having to click ‘view details’ hundreds of times to print a list of attendees with my addtitional fields?

Hi Dallas,

Welcome and thanks for reaching out!

In order to achieve this, one suggestion that I have is for you to Export your list of Attendees, which you can click right next to the Print button on your Attendees page.  You can export this list to a program like Excel and then the additional fields should automatically be listed.  You can then print the list from there.  I know this involves an extra step, but it does save you time in avoiding clicking “View Details” for each of your attendees.
