The price of $89 dollars, is that a one off price? Do you have to pay it every year? If it is a one off fee do you still get updates after the year. I want to be able to create recurring events.

The license price is an annual cost. However, I do want to note that we provide renewals at a discounted rate and that an active license provides you access to technical support and plugin updates. In other words, the plugins will continue to function even if your licenses expire — you will simply lose access to support and plugin updates.
I would suggest Events Calendar PRO if you are looking for recurring events. That feature is included in the plugin, as well as many other features you may find come in handy as well.
