Each year the cost will be the full price as shown on the product pages. This will cover the cost of ongoing development, new features, and bug fixes as well as staffing the help desk.
The difference in license levels is how many domains the plugin can be activated on and how many sites you can request support via the help desk. You are able to install it on other domains that aren’t active, such as a staging site.
