Chris
ParticipantHi,
I have updated the cost of previously created events. Unfortunately this price change is not reflecting on the front end. It is updating in the actual ticket purchase section, but not within the description either on the “all events” page or the “detail” page.
Can you please advise what I need to do.
Chris.

BlockedHey Chris,
hmmm, that sure is odd. My first thought here is that there may be some browser or server caching going on.
Let’s start by running through some preliminary checks to see if we can narrow down the root cause. If you could go ahead and first switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Thirteen and then disable all plugins except Tribe Events plugins. After doing that, check if the tickets prices have updated.
Let me know how that goes for you.
Kind Regards,

ParticipantThanks Jami,
I have gone through the steps of changing the theme and de activating plugins, however the issues is still there.
I’ve also switched off caching altogether.
What should I try next?
Chris.

BlockedHey Chris,
I’m seeing on your individual events that the ticket price is being displayed differently at the top of the event compared to the ticket price in the form at the bottom. Can you let me know which price is correct?
Kind Regards,

ParticipantHi Jami,
The ticket price in the form is correct @ $300.
The ticket price in the detail and on the events page is incorrect @ $400.
Cheers,

BlockedThanks Chris! I can definitely see something isn’t quite right here. I’m going to bring this up to our dev team to look into. In the mean time, as a temporary work-around, you can create a new ticket for the event with the correct price and either delete or set the ticket quantity as zero for the previous ticket priced at $400.
Can you give that a try and let me know how that goes?
