price missing in List View on Mobile

Hi,

I have updated and noticed that the Price is no longer shown on screen sizes less than 768px.

Is this a settings issue? or have you changed the CSS properties.

I would like to be able to get it back please.

-First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. 🙂
-Can you send me a link to your site so I can see this firsthand? I can often be more helpful in giving solutions to problems I can see and interact with.

this is the staging site. Be aware that some of the menu links in the site if you explore them may take you back to the live site as not all the links copied over correctly. However, I doubt you will need to do that.

I did check for conflicts before I posted. I attach a few screenshots. 1) 2012 theme view 2) Divi View 3) my child theme view. All have the same problem that the price is not displayed.

If you look at the other screenshot of the code in inspector you can see that there is a file in the Tribe plugin files that has code to non-display the cost span at these sizes. ”tribe-events-full-mobile-min.css”

I see what you’re referencing now, the screenshots are super helpful!

The theming on our mobile view is definitely streamlined, and then intention is to make this view less cluttered. Changing this would require some customization that we unfortunately can’t provide on this forum. These forums are intended to troubleshoot issues and field bug reports with our plugins as configured with the latest version of WordPress, WordPress default themes, and our suite of plugins with their out of the box features.

However, we do have some resources for guidance for making changes to the styles here. If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we also have some tips for finding help here.
