OK, I’m really surprised to hear that. As an alternative strategy, can you:
- Install a fresh copy of WordPress in a subdirectory
- Set it up only with our plugins
- See if the issue can be replicated there? If it can, please let us know so we can observe the issue before you add any other plugins/themes
- If you cannot replicate, start adding everything you have on your live site one-at-a-time and see if the problem resurfaces at any point
Though this seems very close to what you have already tried it has often helped us to isolate harder-to-find conflicts.
