In the list view for my Events, the Previous Events link at the bottom has the correct url, but when I click on it I am being brought to the wrong url query string.
I start here:
http://fsabc.staging.wpengine.com/events/When I click Previous Events, the link points here:
http://fsabc.staging.wpengine.com/events/list/?tribe_event_display=past&tribe_paged=1But this is the url that loads:
http://www.fsabc.org/events/list/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=pastThen if I select previous events again, the same information loads. If I manually enter the correct url:
http://fsabc.staging.wpengine.com/events/list/?tribe_event_display=past&tribe_paged=1and change the tribe_paged:
http://fsabc.staging.wpengine.com/events/list/?tribe_event_display=past&tribe_paged=2It works fine.
It works for the first page of Previous Events. But if I click on the link again, the same information stays on the page.
If I open the Previous Events link in a new tab, it works fine.I tried changing the theme to 2013, and disabled all other plugins. I also looked into the browser console for JS. Neither of these changed the functionality.
Any ideas?
July 27, 2015 at 5:49 pm #990817BarryMemberHi Neill,
When I visited your site to try and see the problem, I found that if I started here:
http://fsabc.staging.wpengine.com/events/
Then clicked on the previous events link, I was taken here:
http://fsabc.staging.wpengine.com/events/list/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past
So – unlike you – I stayed within the staging subdomain. I’m not quite sure what to suggest here – our plugin bases its URLs on those defined for WordPress itself (typically this is configured in your WordPress settings screens).
Is it possible it was a temporary quirk of the hosting platform? Are you still experiencing the same thing?

Thanks for taking a look into this issue. I made the mistake of copying the wrong url in the above post.
On this page:
http://fsabc.staging.wpengine.com/events/The previous events link points here:
http://fsabc.staging.wpengine.com/events/list/?tribe_event_display=past&tribe_paged=1But when you click on it, it goes here:
http://fsabc.staging.wpengine.com/events/list/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=pastSee how the query string gets reversed?
Then when you click on Previous Events again, the url loads the same info since the tribe_paged number does not change. It only goes back to April 2015. If you manually enter a new tribe_paged number it works, but not when you click the Previous Events link.
Sorry for the confusion.
Neil
July 28, 2015 at 8:20 am #991045BarryMemberNeil – thanks for clarifying.
I see exactly what you mean and have logged a bug report for this – we’ll do our best to post an update once we are close to a fix 🙂
Thanks for reporting this and our apologies for the disruption in the interim.

July 28, 2015 at 1:59 pm #991194BobParticipantI THINK I’m running into the same bug. But my sequence/symptoms are slightly different.
On my site-in-question (transitionalbany.org), the default calendar view is Month. I go there and end up with “http://transitionalbany.org/events/”, which is fine.
I then switch to list view, and end up with “http://transitionalbany.org/events/list/”, which is fine.
I click “Previous Events”, and end up with “http://transitionalbany.org/events/list/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past”, which is fine.
But from this point on, clicking Previous Events will continue to yield the URL I just listed–and thus the user can’t navigate to earlier events.
Thanks.

That sounds like essentially the same problem.
