ParticipantHello,
We have an issue with our calendar, whereby When you’re on any calendar event page, the link at the bottom left of the page, which should take you to the previous event, instead takes you to an event from October 17th. This happens regardless of which event you are currently viewing. While the link in the bottom right DOES take you to the next event, the link in the bottom left DOES NOT take you to the previous event. Instead, as mentioned, the link in the bottom left ALWAYS points to a past event from October 17th.
Could you please help us in sorting out this issue, so that the link in the bottom left will take you to the previous event, as intended?
Thank you!

MemberHi Justin,
Thanks for reaching out to us, and sorry to hear about your issue. I’ve hear of this in the past and I’m mostly sure this was fixed but I’m not able to find the corresponding ticket in our backlog.
Are you running latest versions of the plugins (4.0)? Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoDecember 12, 2015 at 9:31 pm #1040298Justin

MemberHey Justin,
Thanks for following up on this and for running the troubleshooting steps. I can confirm that there’s a bug with Past Event and ordering we just logged. It seems you are being affected by this as well. A fix is being developed and will be shortly available. I’ll keep you posted on that front.
Regarding the out of installs issue, it seems you have your licenses configured for the staging site. Checkout this article explaining how to move your license keys.
Sorry for the inconvenience this issue might cause until fixed,
Best,

ParticipantHello,
Thank you for the help. However, we are still having an issue with the license keys. Though we removed them from the dev site, they are not in fact saving properly on our new website. We have tried several times to save them, and while it ‘appears’ to go through properly upon saving, when we return to the license key page, the license keys have been somehow deleted and the fields are blank. As such, the error messages on the ‘Updates’ page are also still appearing.
So we do still need help in fixing this issue…

MemberHey there,
Great news–we have a fix for this issue ready and it will be shipping today in version 4.0.2. Please keep your eyes peeled for the update and let us know if any other issues pop-up in a new thread and we’d be happy to help.
Thanks again for your patience while we worked on this!
Cheers,
