ParticipantThe monthly view works great as usual. However, I cannot move forward or back a month. It gives me a page not found error.
I have isolated the problem to my theme. It worked for a year and now all of a sudden it doesn’t. Any idea where I can start to troubleshoot?
Thanks

MemberGood morning Lee and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the 404 message you are receiving.
I would love to help you with this topic. In all likelihood, this is caused by some customization present in your theme that requires updating.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme AND child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.If you want to get a head start, try renaming /tribe-events/ to /z_tribe-events/ in your theme or child theme.
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Lee,
Thank you for writing back and for the files.
I was able to run some tests. On my end, I am able to use the previous and next month links, but things are forced to the photo view because of your customizations.
In short, your issue might be two-fold:
- You are still using WooTickets. We no longer support this plugin with WooCommerce 3. I would highly recommend switching to Event Tickets Plus (which replaces it).
Here is an article on that topic: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/ - There are some customizations in your theme that might need to be updated to work properly with the latest version of our code.
The simplest solution would be to remove them one by one to see which one breaks the link.
As stated before, you might want to temporarily rename /tribe-events/ to /z_tribe-events/ in your theme.
Additionally, please comment or remove any customization in the functions.php file of your theme (the sections that contain the “tribe” string) or at least remove the customizations that are related to the next and previous link (they are pretty obvious).
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
