ParticipantHi,
When I view my list of events, I don’t see the labels Previous and Next about the events. How do I get these labels to display?
NOTE: You need the following login to view the page:
username: KFT p/w: KFTgoThanks,

MemberHi Lyse, just looking now. Just for ref – we do have a private reply facility if you want to add details like passwords after your initial post, unless of course access isn’t of particular consequence.

MemberOK, I can see a previous events link on your upcoming events list – however I don’t think you have any events after July 7 which would explain why there is no next events link, since they are all covered in the initial view.
Does that make sense/am I misunderstanding at all?

ParticipantHi Barry,
I don’t mind my forum get access to the website, it’s the public I’m restricting at this time.
You have misunderstood my question. Look here:
http://kelownafuturestennis.com/event/kft-itf-pro-circuit-day-pass-wednesday
At the very bottom there is a Previous and Next event displayed, however, I would expect to see the PREVIOUS and NEXT labels above these.
Thanks

MemberOK. So I think from previous posts that you’re already familiar with the process of template overrides – but if not just let me know and I can point you in the right direction.
What you could do here though is edit your custom events/single.php template and change these lines (normally near the bottom) to something like this.
You could then target those labels with CSS using a selector like span.navlink.tribe-previous > span to position and size it appropriately … does that help here?

ParticipantHi Barry,
I have updated the list.php template and put it into my events sub-directory under my theme. I updated the CSS, however I’m struggling to get the event name on the next line. It must be Friday….I tried several different options with no success…
Any hint would be greatly appreciated.
