GuestHi – We are using the Nimble theme from theme forest. I would love to get TEC Pro/Eventbrite working on this site, unfortunately the most basic attempt fell flat. My event page seems to be displaying nothing: http://www.pacificintegral.com/new/eventstest/
while the code seems to be there to show the list. (Two events were created.) Any ideas on this?February 26, 2013 at 9:24 am #41023Leah
MemberHi Geoff,
The link showed me more than nothing, although I see that you do have some styling issues in calendar view and the individual event pages. Those are likely the results of a theme conflict. Are you still seeing a blank page? Have you tried reverting to the default Twenty Twelve theme and seeing if the issue persists? That would help diagnose it as a theme conflict.
We do our best to make sure our software is compatible with as many themes as possible, but of course we can’t guarantee every one. We do our best to help our PRO users get theme conflicts resolved, but there are limits to what we can do. I highly recommend that you get in touch with the theme’s developer to see if they can shed some light on the situation.
If you already have a PRO license, I’d love to have you move your questions to our PRO forum. Hopefully theme forest and our support team will be able to help you get things running smoothly- keep us posted.
Cheers,

GuestThanks, I asked the theme developer and they identified the problem with the event list displaying at all, so that’s resolved. It seems like this might work with a little trouble shooting on formatting and some other minor things I see. Will likely purchase soon. Thanks.

Thanks for the update. I’m glad it looks like things will get squared away without too much hassle.
