Hi

I am interested in buying your add-on plugin called “Events Ticket Plus”.

It is explained that we can define a period of time to allow the selling process of the event’s tickets.
In my website i d like to offer the opportunity to a little number of my visitor to become “Premium Member” and so, to allow them first to buy the tickets. They could buy a ticket for the event before normal visitor. If possible, i also would like to limit the number of the tickets that could be sale in this prime-time period.

Sorry i hoper that everything is understandable cause i am a french speaker so my English is not as good as i wished it to be.

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, what you describe here is not possible with our plugins at this time. 🙁

You can only set one set one window of time in which ticket sales are possible; all users are bound to this time period, you cannot separate periods of time for different users and such.

It is explain that your plugin is compatible with woocommerce. So, do you know if there’s any add-on woocommerce plugin that could fit my needs?

Our plugins are indeed built for WooCommerce—I do not know of any WooCommerce extensions that do exactly what you describe, unfortunately, but if you ever find one that does this specific task, if you buy it from the official WooCommerce website there is a 30-Day “No questions asked” refund policy on their site. So you can try out extensions there and get a refund immediately if it doesn’t do what you need it to do.

The same goes for all of the products here on http://theeventscalendar.com, too—just wanted to mention this in case you wanted to try software out but are a bit uncertain of whether it will work exactly as you want it to or not.
