GuestHi,
I have question regarding The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets plugin which I bought from your site. I would like to know if it is somehow possible, or what way would you suggest if it is not, to pre-generate tickets inside your system for printing and non virtual sale. The only way that came to my mind is to buy the tickets myself and use some custom html template and then print them or to export csv with raw data and generate them afterwards, but I am not sure if there is not some better way.
Thank you.
Regards,

ParticipantHey Ondra,
Thanks for reaching out.
You mention having bought WooCommerce Tickets from your site, however your post here is in our Pre-Sales Forum and is not from a logged-in account. I will post a response here, but then close this thread—to follow-up with me, if you would like, can you please log into the account on this site which is associated with the premium license key you purchased?
Then, post in a premium forum with your account. This allows us to verify your purchase and such.
Thank you!

ParticipantHey Ondra,
Okay, so now in regards to your actual question:
There unfortunately is no built-in way to auto-generate tickets 🙁
The features you are trying to implement are possible, but would unfortunately require many code customizations to implement.
So to implement the features you describe, you would have to write that custom code yourself or hire a professional developer to write the code for you. We have a list of great developers here → http://m.tri.be/18k1 (and have no affiliation with any of these folks–they’re simple some well-respected names in the community that we’ve compiled to share in situations like this one).
Sorry to bear this bad news! There is no default support for the features you describe and so a lot of custom coding would be required to do it.
I will now close up this thread; please log into your premium account if you have followup questions or if there’s anything else we can help with.
Thank you!
