    Happy New Year! Our support forums are back in full swing after being unmonitored from December 23-January 3. As you can imagine, we have quite a few threads and follow-ups to get through in order to catch up.

    Thanks for your patience as we work through the oldest threads first toward the newest. Though we are working our hardest, we may not be able to respond to the newest threads in our normal 24-48 hour turnaround.

    We hope you had happy holidays and we look forward to working with you in 2016!
