Howdy Bardin Ellis,
We do not have a demo setup unfortunately. Although, are you familiar with WooCommerce and The Events Calendar? Have you installed that and tested them? Woo Tickets is just a small bridge between the two. Tickets are basically just digital WooCommerce products. When adding an events you can add one or more tickets along with a description, title, image, stock count, SKU, and # available. Then when you publish the event those products are added to WooCommerce and become available for purchase. When viewing an event from the public side of your site, any tickets you added will be listed underneath, with a button to add them to your WooCommerce shopping cart. It is all very straightforward. Does that make sense? Have you seen our videos on the WooTickets Tutorials page? They can give you a great visual.
