possible to slightly delay switching events from "upcoming" to "past"?

Hi there,

I have noticed that as soon as the event start time is reached, the event will disappear from the upcoming events list in the map view. This is undesirable for us, because we sell tickets from our individual events pages, and we’d like customers who arrive at the door of the event to easily locate the page via browsing our website, even if they arrive a few minutes late. Tonight we had an event where a customer arrived at the door, wanted to buy a ticket, but couldn’t find the event page because it disappeared from the listing. Searching by city also didn’t work. What did work was searching by date, but customers may not figure that out.

So the question is, can the switch from “upcoming” to “past” be delayed, by say, 1 hour? Or could the switch be driven by the end time of the event, rather than the start time?

Hi Karine,

What should happen is that an event will continue to display in list view until it has past.

For example, if an event is running today from 10am to 11am and the current time is 10.30am, then although the start time has passed it ought be included in the upcoming events list until 11am.

If that isn’t happening, that might indicate there is a bug or conflict of some kind. In the first instance, can I ask you to link me (by private reply if you prefer) to some examples of affected events? If there are some upcoming events that you think would illustrate the problem – but haven’t yet started – that could also be useful.
