    We’re in the process of building a new ecommerce/ticketing site for a client, using the latest WP, WooCommerce, Events Calendar and your WooCommerce Tickets plugin.

    Tickets have been created as per your instruction video but are not visible on the tour page.

    Hi Marty,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    To help you further on this problem I will ask you 2 things:

    1. Send us some screenshots of how the WooCommerce tickets are configured and how the event is configured
    2. Send us a public URL that we can check how it’s showing so that we can check what is the issue
