Position of Filter bar in template (Need More Info)

Hello,

So I used the link below to reposition the filter below the page title.

Everything seems to work just fine but once I click on a filter the bar goes away. Has anyone else had this issue? The filter work fine before re positioning but now after

I refreshed the page and this may be the issue. Not sure what would need to happen here but any help would be greatly appreciated.
