Populating Billing Address

When placing an order how do I capture the billing address details?
When I view payment history the billing address is always blank…

Ideally I’d like to capture this at the time of booking (I don’t require a members login) but in the template it looks like it pulls it from the user info which I guess is the info displayed by the [edd_profile_editor] shortcode plugin.

Even when I complete the billing address in the profile editor the address doesn’t come through on the order.

Can I somehow override this and just capture it at booking? I’ve tried adding the fields using this method: http://pippinsplugins.com/adding-custom-fields-to-the-easy-digital-downloads-checkout/

The data is stored but I can’t get it pushed into the billing address.

I’m afraid that questions like this – which if I understand correctly really relate to the ecommerce plugin itself, rather than EDD Tickets – are ones where you’d really need to work with the team behind EDD (pippinsplugins.com).

teamworks, try the following. Downloads > Settings > Taxes

Set up downloads to add a tax rate of zero. Location doesn’t matter. Because you have enabled taxes the billing address fields will now show at checkout. Then just adjust the email templates to get the desired result.
