ParticipantSince updating to 3.51/3.52 from 2.??. The popup on the monthly view are not working. I only made minor edits in a custom single-event.php and modules/address.php. I renamed my tribe-events folder in the theme and it did not resolve the issue.
It appears the tribe-events-tooltip div is not being generated.

Participantbeonair,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. I’m noticing that you have several template overrides in your theme directory (http://beonair.com/wp-content/themes/beonaircom/tribe-events/). Can you try renaming the ‘tribe-events’ folder to something else, in order to temporarily disable the overrides? If you’re upgrading from version 2, then I suspect that you have some outdated template overrides that are causing the problem.Give that a try and let me know what you discover. Thanks! ๐

ParticipantI did update from v2 but I created new overrides based upon the v3 files.
I’m not able to test on the live site at the moment but I did make a copy of my tribe events folder and move it to a site where the popups are working and they continued to work. So I’m assuming I’m down to a plugin or theme conflict?

Participantbeonair,
I’m seeing a javascript warning on your site about including the Google Maps API multiple times (screenshot). This is usually due to a plugin or theme that is including the Google Maps API, along with our plugin. Can you try deactivating all other plugins to see if that resolves the issue? If so, then try reactivating them one-by-one to determine if another plugin is the culprit. Give that a try and let me know what you discover. Thanks! ๐

ParticipantSorry, I have limited permission to do live testing on this site at the moment (hoping to have a mirror available soon). So I’ve been trying alternate methods of figuring this out. I download the theme and tried it on another site where the free event calendar plugin is working and it broke there as well so I’m assuming it’s the theme. Is there anything specific you could recommend I look for in the theme. Everything worked in V2.

Participantbeonair,
While I wish I could say that the plugin seamlessly integrates with every theme out there, the reality is that custom themes have so many settings/options that it’s nearly impossible for us to account for all of those. I would recommend reaching out to the developer of your theme, and see if they can help you resolve the Google Maps API issue that I’m seeing.Did you try renaming the ‘http://beonair.com/wp-content/themes/beonaircom/tribe-events/’ folder to something else like ‘tribe-events-disabled’ in order to temporarily disable the template overrides? It’s possible that might be the culprit as well, so I would suggest giving that a try as a I suggested above, and let me know if that fixes things. Thanks! ๐
