    I just spent a good hour writing a reply here, submitted it, then came back to add another problem I found only to find that my original post was gone. I’m still logged in so that is not the issue. What happened to my reply? Is it waiting for approval? I will write it over, but I don’t want to spend the time only to have it disappear again. Can you please answer that first? I’m having problems with the Woocommerce integration which may be bugs or just my own ignorance. I’ll post those again as soon as I know it will stick. Thanks.

    We are sorry to hear about the reply disappearing on you. Yikes!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    It is hard to say what happened exactly when you submitted your lengthy reply.
    But it sounds like there was some kind of connection issue at that time.

    There is unfortunately no trace of that reply anywhere.
    Our replies are published immediately, so they do not need to go through any approval process.

    On any site, I highly recommend doing a “Copy” of any content you are about to submit in a form.
    It has saved me countless times.
