Hi there – just bought the event tickets plus for my website at http://store.wholehealthchicago.com/ . This is a two-site multi-site install. This multi-site is for a medical practice, they use one site here http://wholehealthchicago.com/ for the doctor bios and patient info, and one site here http://store.wholehealthchicago.com/ for selling nutritional supplements and (hopefully) tickets to learning seminars (that’s what we need Event Tickets Plus for). However, now the plugin is telling me that we need a multi-site license, and I really don’t think that is fair. We have one site we need this plugin for (at a cost of $89) and I will not be using this on any other sites in this install, so I don’t think it’s necessary (or in the budget) for this client to have to pay $349 for a multi-site license. Can someone please help me with this?

Please check out this page to learn what the exact rules are for needing a Multisite license: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/
Our plugins unfortunately are not “smart” enough to tell how a plugin is being used, so all it detects is that it is activated on a multisite network — and then displays the message you see, which mentions the Multisite license.
This is inconvenient and we are indeed working on a better way to detect how a plugin is being used on a Multisite license, so that the message only displays when truly appropriate.
Until then, you can ignore the message and use our plugins without issue.
I hope this information helps!
