    We purchased the plugin The Events Calendar PRO Business.
    Download file from the panel “Download” and filled via FTP. After pressing “Activate”, the plugin is not visible.

    To start using the Events Calendar PRO, please install the latest version of The Events Calendar.

    What are we doing wrong?

    Did not know that you must first install the free version!

    Glad you found out about installing the free version – were you able to do that successfully? Did you run into any issues with the installation or anything else on your site?
