ParticipantHello. This is an issue that has been brought up but I could not reply on the forum. Please see the discussion below. What should I do next if the issue persists?
Zach
———————————-The plugin works fine but no matter what setting I use my footer is completely distorted. I’m using the DIVI theme, and have used this plugin on numerous other DIVI sites without any issue. Cannot for the life of me understand the issue.

I deactivated all plugins but the problem persists. I reverted to default theme and the theme doesnt display my footer so I can’t say if the footer works on 2014 theme.
Thanks!
Megan

Hello Megan,Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you are experiencing this problem. Let me try to help you.
First try this setting please:
Events > Settings > Display tab > Events template dropdown > Default Events Template
Then save the settings and check the footer.
If this doesn’t solve it then please be so kind to share with me your system information as described in this guide. I will be waiting for your feedback.
Cheers,

ParticipantHey Zach,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Would you mind linking to your site and to your events page so I can see what the footer is supposed to look like and what was meant by “distorted” here for your site?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Zach,
Thanks for following up here!
It looks like there is a javascript error on the page here that I believe is the root of the issue preventing the final elements in your footer to display. You can see this when using the developer tools in your browser.
When switching to a default theme, does the javascript error go way there?
Thanks!

ParticipantNo it does not. The issue persists with any setting.

ParticipantHey Zach,
You mention “The issue persists with any setting”, is this in reference to the specific javascript error in the console when a default theme (such as the Twenty Fifteen theme) is activated on your site?
Thanks!
