plugin disabling appearance

[Tech Assist]

After activating the plugin and publishing a sample event, we are no longer able to access the Appearance – Customization function in the dashboard of WordPress. An error message occurs that we need to go to our host and allocate more memory however GoDaddy did an extensive search and found that there is no memory issue and that the memory error message “deprecate” is a php problem caused by the plugin. Disabling The Events Calendar plugin is the only fix. Can you help?
