PLUGIN CONFLICT WITH REVOLUTION SLIDER

Im using the last version of WordPress with the template from ThemeGoods Grand Theme Restaurant.

The template came with the plugin from Slider Revolution for photos and video slideshows. I upgraded to the Pro Version of the Revolution Slider after.

Then I bought your Facebook Events plugin. Once installed, the Slider Revolution stopped working. I contacted ThemeGoods and deactivated the Facebook Events plugin and the Slider Revolution began working again.

It seems there is a conflict with the template from ThemeGoods or the Slider Revolution plugin.

Could you verify what’s the problem is? We would love to have your plugin working for our website. If not possible, then we regret to request a refund.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

A couple of things that will help with debugging here:

• Can you try using WP_Debug and activate both of the plugins on the site? This may give some additional information about what may be happening with the conflict.
• Additionally, with both plugins active, check your developer tools and see if there are any javascript errors on the page.

Let me know what this reveals.

Hey Hector,

Unfortunately we have a strict policy against accepting login credentials for sites and logging into them.

I could take a look at the front-end of the site with both activated and see if I can see any Javascript errors in the console.
