ParticipantHi There,
I seem to be having a plugin conflict with PixGridder Pro.
http://www.pixedelic.com/plugins/pixgridder/The event list page displays fine, but the individual event detail page is blank. Is this a known issue? Any insight you may have would be appreciated.
Thank you!

ParticipantHi Jodi,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this – because at this time, this conflict has not been reported so far. Thanks for bringing it up on our radar.
There could be quite a few things that would lead to a conflict like this, where single post-type pages do not load correctly. But I’m curious about a few things – would you mind answering these in order? We can hopefully drill down some more of the specifics about this conflict and proceed from there:
- How exactly did you determine that these were the two plugins conflicting with each other on your site?
- It says that you’re using version 3.2.5 of our plugins on your site – can you update to the most recent versions, currently 3.9.1, and see if this helps the conflicts at all?
- Do you have WP_DEBUG enabled on your site? If not, or if you don’t know, head to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:
define('WP_DEBUG', true); That will display PHP errors on your site if any exist, which might help. If any errors do pop up, you should copy and paste them in their entirety into Gists at http://gist.github.com and share links back to those Gists here.
Thanks Jodi! Let us know what you find 🙂

ParticipantHi George, Thank you for the fast response!
1) I switched themes to 2014, I disabled all plugins except Events Calendar and found that the problem was resolved. I enabled plugins one at a time until the problem returned. I completed the process with all of the remaining plugins to ensure there were not multiple conflicts. It appears to only be an interaction with PixGridder Pro
2) I am running the current version of both plugins. PixGridder Pro version 3.2.5, Events Calendar version 3.9.1.
3) I have enabled WP_DEBUG and will report any PHP errors that show up.
Thank you!!

ParticipantThank you so much for investigating this Jodi, and for your patience with the slight delay in response time here.
Your testing is quite sound, have you discovered anything extra with WP_DEBUG turned on?
Thank you!

ParticipantHey Jodi,
Those are some odd errors, thank you for sharing them though!
One last thing – if you leave WP_DEBUG active, and deactivate the PixGridder Pro plugin, do those errors go away? Or change at all?
Your patience means a ton here, thanks for investigating this so closely!
Sincerely,
GeorgeApril 3, 2015 at 6:05 pm #953226jodigb1
ParticipantHi George,
I can try disabling the plugin over night for a bit. The site does not work without the plugin, so it is a little tricky for me to leave it offline for any extended period. I will try to see if continues to bugs and let you know. Thanks so much for all of your follow up. I really appreciate it!April 6, 2015 at 8:00 am #953459George
ParticipantThanks Jodi, your patience and willingness to test means a lot!
I understand the predicament you’re in about having a vital plugin, and the difficulty in deactivating it – hopefully, if you do manage to do this, with WP_DEBUG turned on a specific PHP error may display which would help us find something we could fix to get this working.
Keep us posted!
