ParticipantHowdy Alessio Garonzi,
I would love to help you figure this out! Would you mind logging in first so I can verify your support access? Or, if you do not have a license to any of our premium plugins (which includes a year of support access to these forums) then do not forget about the free support you can get on WordPress.org: The Events Calendar . We even check those forums once each week and provide as much support as we can for free.
Please let me know if you have any questions about our policy or difficulty logging in.
Cheers!

ParticipantI think it might have briefly appeared as some funky code. Sorry about that. Here is what it was supposed to say:

Does that make sense now? We can definitely assist you on our forums here if you have a license. But if you don’t have nor want one, you should checkout the free support all WordPress users can enjoy on WordPress.org.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
