PLEASE HELP!! PURCHASED WRONG PLUGIN!!!

Hello I am so sorry but I need immediate help, I have the free WordPress Events calendar installed and I went to the add ons section of the menu and purchased the plugin to sell tickets through the calendar. I have woo commerce installed.

I purchased the plugin half an hour ago and I have been endlessly trying to get the plugin to work and have finally realised I purchased the wrong plugin!!! I purchased WP e-Commerce Tickets instead of WooCommerce Tickets. I don’t know how I never realised!! I don’t know what to do and really need some help.

Please is there anyway I can swap this plugin for the one I need? I can send you my licence key that was provided when I purchased the plugin and you can cancel it? I am not sure how it would work, I am absolutely panicking as I needed this website up and running for the weekend and my stupidity has yet again let me down.

Please can someone help me?

I’m really sorry about the stress you seem to be dealing with at present; I want to let you know that I have issued a full refund for your WP eCommerce Tickets plugin – you should have every cent back in your accounts within a few days at most (depending on PayPal itself and such).

Can you proceed with buying a WooCommerce Tickets license now? Let me know!
