    Hello,
    please assist, i mistakenly updated to the new version of wootickets without backing up my website and it crashed everything. this is very bad as we are live and selling tickets. please help me right away, my website is http://pubandpaint.com and this is the error i am receiving:
    Fatal error: Class ‘TribeWooTickets’ not found in /home/content/27/8885827/html/pubandpaint/wp-content/themes/Vertex/functions.php on line 3
    is there any way to fix this?? please help!!!

    Hi, bradystarr. Don’t panic! 🙂

    You can always download previous versions of our premium plugins from your downloads page on our site: https://theeventscalendar.com/downloads/

    Once you have that .zip file, you’ll just need to rename the WooTickets plugin folder and then add the one you downloaded back. (Adding the plugin can be done from the Admin GUI.)
