ParticipantI posted this issue less than two weeks ago and was told that it was a theme issue. My theme has been updated, woo commerce and the plugin reinstalled and guess what I am still having the same issue I had two weeks ago
So I have am using the Avada theme (recently upgraded to version 5.0). I have reinstalled woo commerce and reinstalled ticket plus plugin. So my plugin is activated, settings seem to be correct in woo commerce and I can also go through the process of adding a ticket to an event page. Previously when I did all this the ticket fields were showing in the sidebar and the fields overlapped due to the spacing of the sidebar. I was told this was a theme issue. Now that my theme has actually been upgraded and everything is reconfigured, I don’t see anything when I publish an event page with a ticket. Nothing is the side bar, nothing in the main content page. I have looked through your documentation but considering this has never worked properly and everything else does on my site, I am going back to the source. Please assist or please issue a refund because I never got a working product.

KeymasterHello again Kymiel,
Thanks for reaching out again with your issue.
I apologize if the previous reply you received seemed like a dismissal. It was certainly not intended as one.
I looked at that previous thread now where I kindly asked you to check whether the issue still exists if you are using the twentysixteen theme. We never received a reply to that thread, and like that it is difficult – if not impossible – to move forward. I also might have provided little information from my side, apologies for that. So let’s try to tackle this together.
Although we usually don’t provide extended support when there is a theme incompatibility, I will try to help you to the best of my knowledge to get this solved for you. To be able to help you efficiently I ask for your cooperation.
As a first please check if you still have the issue with twentysixteen.
You checking if the issue exists with a default theme helps us narrow down the cause of the issue. If it works with twentysixteen, then we know we have to look into the theme you are using. If it doesn’t work with it, then we know we need to look into the plugin code.
After this it would also be great if you could do a test for conflicting plugins. For this, please switch off all your plugins, except the Modern Tribe ones and WooCommerce. If the test above with twentysixteen worked, then leave your theme on. Check if the content becomes visible or not.
Please let me know the results of these and we will take it from there. Without these it is difficult to start anywhere.
Your cooperation is much appreciated and I’ll be waiting for your answers, so we can solve this issue in the shortest time possible.
Cheers,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
