Plan Upgrade

My current Events Calendar PRO Business license expired 18 hours ago. I would like to upgrade my plan from an Events Calendar PRO Business license to an Events Calendar PRO Agency license.

I’ve attempted the upgrade several times but the system keeps taking me to the renewal page without the upgrade. Is that because the current license has already expired?

Also, please advise if the 30% renewal discount offer I received via email today can be applied to the license upgrade? If so, please let me know how to take advantage of the offer while upgrading my plan at the same time?

Thanks for reaching out.

The best course of action here is to first renew your business license. This will apply the discount for the renewal. Once it’s renewed, you can upgrade any time before the license expires again — simply go to http://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys and locate the “Upgrade:” buttons next to your license key. You can select the “Agency” option and will be brought to a checkout with the correct upgrade.
