Placement of Next and Previous links

Is it possible to have the links for the Next and Previous Month/Week/Day displayed at the top of the calendars.

Ex. In the Month View, the names of the preceding and following months would appear as links at the top of the calendar, rather than at the bottom. This would allow someone who knows they need to go to another month to do so without having to scroll down to the bottom of the calendar to find the links. Also, when the Month View is shrunk down to the mobile size, and there are events listed from the currently selected day, you have to scroll to the bottom of all the events to find the links allowing you to go the the next or previous month.

Same idea applies to week view and day view. Is this an available feature, to have it displayed at the top?
