Photos not showing up in Calendar view

Hey there, I just upgraded to 3.8 and my great photos disappeared from Calendar views. I checked the individual event pages and they’re fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I tried checking out your site using the link you’ve provided, however it went to a GoDaddy sales page.

Having featured images in month view isn’t a built-in feature of The Events Calendar plugin. Does your theme state any sort of compatibility or customization for our plugin? It’s possible this was an additional feature that was added by your theme.

Additionally, we do have a tutorial that helps with making this customization. You can try implementing the feature again within your theme using this tutorial.

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a direct response however I hope this was able to point you in the right direction.

Thanks for the response. I’m not looking for images in monthly view, but list view, which is what I’ve always used and has always featured images (until this upgrade). Thanks for following up with us and getting us an updated URL.

You’re right, by default the featured images should be displaying on the List view. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

As an initial step, do you mind switching to a default theme (such as the TwentyTwelve theme) and see if the featured images are showing in the list view with that theme active?

If so, this may simply be an issue with your theme’s custom display of the list view. Check with the theme developer and see if they’ve updated the theme for compatibility with Events Calendar version 3.8.
