Photo view documentation?

On the homepage I want a row with a number of events in photo view. Showing only the title with a short description. After clicking on the photo the details will appear.

Is there documentation available on this subject?

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you’ll want to use photo view, which comes with Events Calendar Pro. If you haven’t done so already, you’ll need to enable it under Events > Settings > Display > Enable event views. You can then either set the home page to display your events (Settings > Reading > -Set “A static page” for the Your homepage displays setting, then “Main events page” for the Homepage setting) or use a shortcode on your home page and set the view to “photo”.

If you would like to edit some of the details that are displayed for each event, you will need to edit the single-event.php template for photo view. Our themer’s guide has instructions on how to edit templates, and the single event template can be found at wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/photo/single-event.php.
