Our plugins aren’t currently intended to be used as a booking system. You could accomplish this with a bit of work and customization along with using one of our ticketing plugins and our community events plugins.
For the individual calendars as well, there is only a single calendar but you could create an “Event Category” for each of the engineers. This way the category archive can be utilized as a way to see just the “Events” associated with that Engineer.
