PDF Tickets

Hi,

I need to be able to send the ticket to the purchaser in PDF format, because currently the HTML version look really bad when you try to print it. For instance if you purchase more than 1 ticket, the tickets get cut off when you try to print them. Also the printed file contains a bunch of mail client info that isn’t needed.

I searched around on the forums and saw that emailing the ticket as a PDF was previously a feature of WooTickets and it no longer is — but I didn’t really see much that would help me get that functionality back.

What are my options for including a PDF version of the ticket in the email that gets sent to the purchaser?

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately as you point out this is not possible right now 🙁 We can see this is a feature many folks would like to have. In fact our Uservoice page confirms it – by the way you are welcome to up-vote this feature request there. There’s some conversation going on in the team about this feature, but it isn’t planned for any future release yet.

I think this possible to develop this but for sure it will require some time and skills!
