ParticipantHi!
i’m using the https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/view-print-download-pdf-tickets/ extension.
When i download a pdf- ticket and open it in acrobat pro on a mac I just see a grey box and no ticket information. when i open the same document in preview (mac) the ticket looks fine !?! :-/
Any tips?
Thanks!

KeymasterHey Stephan,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry about this issue you are having with the PDF tickets. I have tested it and I’m also getting only a grey box when I open the file in Adobe Reader or Acrobat Pro.
However, when I open it in the browser (tested with Chrome and Firefox) and the browser is set to view the file within the browser, then the ticket properly shows.
The HTML to PDF conversion of the tickets is done by a third-party plugin, DK PDF which is not developed by us and so we cannot provide support for it.
Nonetheless I will check with the extension developer if there is something we can do about this. Please hang in there.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Stephan,
Thanks for hanging in there. I talked with some colleagues and tested things up and down, unfortunately with no good results.
Mac preview and a preview in a browser shows the ticket. But whenever it is saved and opened with a PDF viewer (tested with Acrobat Pro and Adobe Reader) then the result is what you have described.
It looks like that DK PDF is the one causing this when creating the PDF. I suggest you to get in touch with the developer of that plugin to see if he can fix it.
I will leave this topic open for a while so you can post any other findings you have or maybe other users have some more ideas.
Cheers,
