When the customer checks out via stripe the system works correctly and sends the user a ticket to the event.

But, When the customer checks out with PayPal standard the system doesn’t send a ticket to the customer. The woocommerce system even marks the transaction as complete and it still doesn’t send the ticket to the customer.

    Hi Patrick,

I’m very glad to hear that you came to us with this problem.

To confirm what is really happening I would like you to point me to which Stripe Plugin for WooCommerce you are using as well as the PayPal one.

    My Best regards,

    Hi Patrick,

Can you update you to version 3.9.1 of our plugins and get the latest version of WooCommerce involved plugins?

Since we are a big team I can’t really know for sure if your bug was fixed on our latest releases, so your best bet is to update.

If that doesn’t solve your issue, reply and I will try to reproduce your bug and might be able to provide you with a snippet to resolve it for you.

    My Best Regards,

Hey we have a similar problem: the orders are marked as in Progress.

so we have to finalize everything manually. how can we change that? it is only a problem with paypal.

    Hi springstoff,

Thanks for reaching out to us, but I would love if you could open a thread just for your issue, as it seems not be the same issue as Patrick.

    This will help us immensely.

    Hey Gustavo,

The update fixed the Paypal issue, but it introduced two other bugs. It’s doubling the checkout button and it’s doubling the credit card shop out. Secondly, it appears to be adding 1 extra ticket to the stock of tickets.

    See video here

Thank you again for your help. Really happy paypal is working. Getting really close.

I ended up fixing the issue by removing the woocommerce folder in the theme. Do you think this will this cause any adverse effects other than losing a little pretty styling in places. It’s quite bizarre that it was effecting the ticket count. May have been something else causing that.

Please give it a quick look through http://thehollywoodmakeupacademy.com I value your advice/opinion. Have an excellent weekend.

    Hi Patrick,
Indeed that’s a weird fix for the problem, there might be some cache of some kind of frontend view. But I’m glad that has solved your issues.

I don’t think you will have any other issues aside from the styles and talking about the styles I liked very much this website, I wish I was in the US to be able to do some of that stuff, it seems very cool to have that kind of skills plus the site is very clear. I would change the colors on the left side filter bar on the events page, they seemed a little bit weird to read.

And, since you said everything is fixed I’m closing the issue and marking the correct answer.

    My Best Regards,
