ParticipantWooCommerce ticket integration issue:
Everything is all set up and working fine until you reach the end of the checkout page. The “Your Order” area is greyed out and there are two small dots circling around each other as if it is loading but it doesn’t change. I tried filling in all the necessary boxes (name address etc.) to see if that would change it and it didn’t work. I called PayPal to see if this was something on their end and it is not. They are thinking it is something on the website’s end.
This image is from a ticket I set up on our Events page for the “Why Composites – Saskatoon” event. I can leave the ticket up on the website for as long as you need to make the change if you can, but sooner would be better.

I’ve also tried this same thing with the latest (updated) version of Event Calendar Pro. I placed back the 3.9 version incase there were any styling issues – but did try with latest version with the same results.
Appreciate your help.

MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them with you.
We do not modify the checkout process with WooCommerce so not sure what is causing this issue.
If you create a regular product in WooCommerce and do the checkout process does it still hang up when loading Paypal with only that in the cart?
Let me know and we can go from there.
Thanks

ParticipantIt still hangs on that PayPal in the checkout process. I’ve put together a test product here as an example:

Thanks, appreciate the help!

MemberOk thanks for the information.
I visited your site and see there are a bunch of javascript errors in the console coming from a shortcode plugin and your theme.
Here is what I see:
TypeError: jQuery.timer is undefinedTypeError: container is null
http://www.compositesinnovation.ca/wp-content/themes/composites-innovation-centre/static/common-files/js/plugins.js
Line 100TypeError: jQuery.easing[jQuery.easing.def] is not a function
http://www.compositesinnovation.ca/wp-content/plugins/j-shortcodes/galleryview/js/jquery.easing.1.3.js
Line 46
Fixing those is a good place to start in resolving this.
Let me know how that works out and we can go from there.
Thanks

ParticipantThanks Brian! Just contacting the client about that short-code plugin, wasn’t something I had installed and making sure it’s all good to deactivate permanently. Will keep you posted.
