PayPal for Community Events

I am not a registered user so I can’t vote on the features requests. My client wants to charge a fee to post an event to the calendar. So to include an option to allow events to be posted for free, or to require a payment through PayPal prior to being able to access the event form. I believe that that is what the other people who have asked for this in your features requests were asking for also – not the ability to sell tickets to an event.

Yes, that is a common request from our users. At this time, we don’t have any baked-in way of charging people for event submission. It may be possible with customization or a third party plugin, but it’s really outside our realm of support. That being said, we do our best to listen to customer demand and may consider adding a feature like this in the future. Thanks for your feedback!
