PayPal checkout not working

    Hi,

    I’ve had a client complain that their paypal checkout isn’t working – I’ve seen that their licences need to be renewed so have come on to renew and checkout with paypal and can see that you are having the exact same error.

    I’ve attached screenshots.

    I’m assuming that’s an issue with Paypal?

    Nothing has been changed on my client’s website. http://www.thecookshelf.co.uk – I also appreciate you can’t give me support because the licenses need renewing but I’ve tried! 😉

    I’m sorry about the issue with Paypal. I’ve just checked with the team and it seems there were a couple of isolated cases like yours, but we really think it’s a Paypal issue when processing payments.

    We have cancelled your order to avoid problems. Could you please try the renewal process again and see if it works now? we would recommend using a different browser and see if it helps.
