    Hi guys,

    I’ve just purchased Events Calendar PRO off your website. It hasn’t appeared on the downloads list.

    I thought there was a problem with the payment as it said ‘payment pending’. But now I’ve paid twice and it still says payment pending.

    Please can you advise how to get my download, and that you can provide me with a refund for my duplicate payment.

    I am seeing one license in your account for Pro. Are you able to download it now?

    Either way, use the link in the private reply below to get the plugin right away and then we can sort out the licenses.

    All sorted. Got the download link, and even though I got two receipts, only one payment left the account.
