Can I integrate a payment portal that will accept local bank debit card as a form of payment?

The short answer is yes.

To achieve this, you will need:

1. Our free Event Tickets plugin
2. A copy of our Event Tickets Plus premium add-on: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
3. WooCommerce
4. A payment gateway that supports local bank debit cards AND is supported by WooCommerce: https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/

   Depending on where you are in the world, the appropriate gateway may vary.
   For example, in North America, Moneris would be one of the gateways that can allow that.

Depending on your needs, you could even integrate with a physical card reader and POS for WooCommerce.
