Payment Information

We are an Event Center. We have our own Point Of Sale system in house since we also sell tickets through our box office. Is there a way to simply capture the customer’s payment information when they order online and manually run it through our in-house point of sale system to complete the order? Or do the payments have to be processed automatically through something like PayPal, etc.

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

For our ticketing plugin they are all connected into the their respective eCommerce platforms, which handles the payments with their built in payment processors or extensions.

What you describe is technically possible, but very insecure and not a recommended method.

It is best to use an online payment processor.
