    HELLO, I have a problem in the system, I found that when a customer purchases an event with bank transfer or cash payment is sent automatically the ticket without my having done the checkin … can you suggest me how to fix it?

    Thanks for using our plugins!

    There is a setting under Events > Settings > Tickets where you can set up when the the tickets should be sent to the user. It looks like this:

    Cloudup axhhfnggf32
