Past Events link is causing redirect loop

Finding Links for Specific Event Views

I visited /events/past on my site but it just fails after a few seconds – redirect loop.

Any ideas?

Howdy A S,

Thanks for pointing that out. That documentation was outdated. /events/past no longer exists in newer versions of the plugin.

The URL is now yoursite.com/events/list/?action=tribe_list&tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past We had to embrace a longer URL to give that page more flexibility and surprisingly it helps improve SEO in a few ways.

If you change the link around to mimic the above, does it work for you?

Thanks Brook. Earlier I was trying /events/past but missed the final slash. I tried events/past/ with the final slash and it redirects to events/list/?tribe_event_display=past. That seems to be showing past events as desired? It looks similar to your URL.

That works too! Basically the same URL.
