Past Events and Upcoming Events Page/Tab Titles

Currently, my upcoming and past events pages reflect:

current events – “Upcoming Events >>” in both browser tab and as page title.
previous events – “Past Events >>” in browser tab but “Calendar of Events” as page title.

I would like each to reflect “Upcoming Events | [site name]” and “Past Events | [site name]” in both tabs and as page titles. This seems to be an issue only with these two pages from the Events Calendar. Which files do I need to edit to reflect these changes?

Hi Tony,

The title element used for the text you are referring to is generated by your theme (or another plugin) rather than by The Events Calendar. I note you said you had tried deactivating other plugins and more importantly reverting to the default Twenty Eleven theme: did you find that the problem persisted even under those conditions (if so, can you let me know what version of our plugins you are using)?

What is the “HTML before calendar” code to display the Previous Events and Future Events on top of the Upcoming Events page also (not only at the bottom of the page). I tried to copy and paste the code i found on the page code but I only get a fixed event page number like 2.

I just found how to do it: i copied the codes in the file the-events-calendar/views/list.php from the bottom of page to the top of the page. No need to reply.
