ParticipantJust had a booking.
Purchase on the 1st of July 2014 for a trip that was on the 29th of June. I’ve tested this with another trip and the date appears fine. How did the customer get into a trip that has passed?July 1, 2014 at 12:00 pm #265086matthewdenton

Thanks for reaching out to us. I want to help but will need to know some additional information on how you have the plugins configured. Can you let me know what version of The Events Calendar, Pro and WooTickets you are using on your website?
I took a look at the site you specified in your website and for past events I can’t book tickets. I’m going to do a little further research and test a few more scenarios but any additional details you can provide on your configuration would let me better investigate the issue you are facing.

You are correct. You cannot book tickets for past events. But my the customer manage to. If I could upload the image I can show you the email we got through to prove this.

It has happened again this am. The person booked the 9th of July but got tickets for the 6th of July. I tested this and it’s correct. The dates are wrong.
This happens only when using the recurrence tool within WooTickets. The stand alone events are fine.

I’m working with the team to see if we can reproduce the behavior you are experiencing. As an immediate next step I would suggest upgrading from version 3.5 to version 3.6.1 as there are several bugs resolved out in the update. To update you can download new versions by accessing theĀ Account Central > Downloads menu item found at the top of the site.
